Ski Day!

Today Jason and I took off work and went skiing! It is so crowded on the weekend, so it is nice to get up on the weekdays. We went to Vail and it was a BEAUTIFUL day--sunny and warm with packed powder. We had a wonderful time!

  • WoW! You just took the day off and went skiing? That's so cool. Is that a common practice in your offices? Do you have to pretend to be sick, or do you have a number of allotted ski days?

  • Norman,
I wish it was that easy! We dont' get allotted ski days (that is a great idea, though!) but we have to use our vacation time and put in for the day off weeks in advance. But it is worth it!

  • Looks like you guys had a great time! I wish I could go on a "ski day"! Although it would probally be painful for me since I've never skied before in my life.....

  • I have never been skiing! But the scenery sure looks breathtaking.

  • We leave in 3 weeks to ski at Wolf Creek. We are so excited! You are way too lucky to live in Denver!

  • Hey, Leah!

Glad you had such a great day skiing!

As for here in south Mississippi, it was in the low 70s today! My kind of weather! (Sorry!)

    Much love,

    Dee
