Fun Times with Friends!

I haven't blogged much lately because we have been having way too much fun!
One of my very best friends, Laura, came to visit us in Denver over the past weekend. She arrived Saturday and stayed until Wednesday morning. We had a GREAT time and kept her VERY busy!

Saturday we had lunch and then spent the afternoon at the mall. We didn't buy much but had fun trying on fun clothes! Sunday we went to church and then had Middle Eastern food. YUM! We then spent a few hours at the Denver Art Museum and checked out the new wing there. Very cool.

But our real fun was Monday and Tuesday! We took Laura to Arapahoe Basin Ski area, and she learned to ski for the first time ever! She took a lesson Monday morning and then spent the afternoon perfecting her skills. Jason and I spent the morning on the mountain and then stayed with Laura in the afternoon. She and I went back on Tuesday to spend some more time perfecting her skills.

We had a GREAT time and are already looking forward to her next visit. And we take visitors anytime, so pack your bags and come on! How can you not want to take part in this?!
