Ski Day!

We made it up to the mountains yesterday for some skiing! We went to the Breckenridge ski resort, where it was a nice sunny day with several inches of fresh powder! We were able to ride up on the new gondola for no charge (which will change tomorrow, when they start charging for parking). We only skiied for a few hours but plan to go again soon! My toes were getting numb (unsure if this was from the cold or new, unbroken-in boots) so we cut the day short, but it was nice to get home early in the afternoon and be lazy around the house. One of the guys we rode on the gondola with was from New York, and he says there is no snow there at all. Unbelievable, seeing how much we have been getting! It was a very fun and beautiful day!

The pictures were taken on Jason's phone so are a little blurry, but hopefully they show how beautiful the day was. Next time, we'll take our real camera up for some better pictures!
